Ushuru wa Inverter Awamu ya Tatu Asynchronous Motor
Hali ya Uendeshaji
1. Motor inaweza kufanya kazi kwa kawaida chini ya hali zifuatazo:
1.1 Joto la hewa iliyoko halitazidi 40 ℃ (kwa mazingira ya jumla, darasa F) na 60 ℃ (kwa mazingira ya metallurgiska, darasa H).
1.2 Unyevu kiasi ≤ 90 ℃.
1.3 Mwinuko hautazidi 1000m.
1.4 Anza, breki (ya umeme au ya mitambo) na urudi nyuma mara kwa mara.
2. Voltage iliyopimwa ya motor ni 380V na mzunguko uliopimwa ni 50Hz.Voltage iliyokadiriwa na mzunguko pia inaweza kuamua kulingana na mahitaji ya mtumiaji.
Kiwango cha udhibiti wa kasi ya injini ni 1 ~ 100Hz.Utoaji wa torati ya mara kwa mara hutolewa wakati masafa ni ya chini kuliko masafa yaliyokadiriwa, na pato la mara kwa mara la nguvu hutolewa wakati masafa ni ya juu kuliko masafa yaliyokadiriwa.
3. Rejea mfumo wa kazi wa motor: S3 40%.
1).Kiwango cha ulinzi:
Daraja la ulinzi wa motor ni IP54, ile ya feni ya kupoeza ni IP23, na ile ya breki ya sumakuumeme ni IP23.
2).Hali ya kupoeza:
Injini inapozwa na feni huru iliyofungwa kabisa (IC416), au njia zingine za kupoeza zinaweza kufanywa kulingana na mahitaji ya mtumiaji.
3).Darasa la insulation:
Daraja la insulation ya magari ni F (kwa mazingira ya jumla) na H (kwa mazingira ya metallurgiska), na muundo maalum wa insulation hupitishwa ili kukabiliana na athari za voltage ya juu ya harmonic.
4. Sanduku la makutano: sanduku la makutano ya stator ya magari iko juu ya msingi, au upande wa kulia au wa kushoto wa msingi kulingana na mahitaji ya mtumiaji.
5. Mchakato wa uumbaji wa VPI hupitishwa ili kuboresha uwezo wa jumla wa insulation na nguvu za mitambo.
6. Muundo maalum wa rotor hupitishwa ili kuboresha ufanisi na torque ya motor.
7. Kulingana na mahitaji ya mtumiaji, inaweza kuwa na swichi ya ulinzi wa joto kupita kiasi, bendi ya kupokanzwa isiyo na unyevu, breki ya umeme, encoder, swichi ya kasi zaidi, nk.
8. Aina ya shabiki wa baridi
8.1 Iliyopimwa voltage: 380V, frequency iliyokadiriwa: 50Hz, mfumo wa kufanya kazi wa marejeleo: S1, feni lazima iwashwe na usambazaji wa umeme unaojitegemea.
